    We had a very disappointing start to our vacation as we found out at our arrival (Saturday evening) that the property didn't have the linen as it was listed in the property description; the first night was of course very rough.
    On our arrived, when I called the agency in Mollymook, I was told to make the calls myself to hire some linen or to go and buy some, we had travelled for more then six hours, had kids to settle and had no clue where to go buying linen.
    The manager never called me back (despite the promises of the lady from Mollymok-Milton Holidays) and I had to call the emergency number - because it was already 7.30 pm - to have the linen delivered the next morning at the property.
    No one called me the day after to check if everything was fixed or to apologise for the big discomfort we had went through.
    In between my booking, the payments and the check-in, the property management changed from LJ Hooker Ulludalla to Mollymook-Milton Holiday, I found out this a few days before the departure as I called LJ Hooker to check the last details for the check-in but no one had formally informed me abouit this change before my phone call.
    This last-minute change had rise lots of misunderstanding.
    Considering the price you pay and how many months in advance you have to do that, it is very disappointing to have an experience like that.
