This charming retro beach cottage is just minutes away from the stunning Merry Beach and Kioloa Beach. Offering a large fantastic covered deck space with a newly installed shade sail to relax and enjoy a BBQ. Surrounded by resident kangaroos, not too far to the boat ramp.

The property has a sun room to sit and relax with a book or your favourite drink. Plenty of off street parking and parking inside the gate on the lawn for cars and boats.

The Merry Beach hamlet is a peaceful coastal area with mostly holiday homes, so it is perfect for a quiet getaway.
