  This house has a good view over the whole of Mollymook bay from its position high on the northern side. The beach is easily accessed via approx 100 steps down, directly across the road, which takes you to the next street and then the beach. The house was very clean and tidy and quite spacious. The room arrangement on the listing is not particularly clear; we had access to 3 bedroom: 1 x Q, 1 x D, 1 x 2 singles. 1 bathroom on the living and bedroom level and another bathroom on a lower level adjacent to games room. Beds were very comfortable. However the showers had water restrictors fitted and the downstairs one in particular had so little water coming out that you had to watch for the next drop and move under it to try to get wet. We stayed with some friends and all agreed the downstairs shower was totally unsatisfactory. Upstairs shower was much better, but could still be improved by removing the flow restrictors. The house also had other bedrooms that we were not able to access. There is a long garage with internal access which was handy on wet days and for sandy or muddy people and we used this entrance as a “mud room”. Pleasingly, the house was also supplied with numerous necessities such as dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets. The only items we had to supply were toilet paper, laundry detergent and baking paper (we used 1 piece and left the roll there for the next person).
  Mollymook shops are a few minutes walk and the Surf club and Golf club about 20mins to 1/2 hr walking along the beach (very pleasant). Ulladulla is about 5 mins drive and has everything.
  The after hour key collection and drop off was not well described, marked or lit and it was a little difficult to open in the dark.
  Would we stay again? Yes, but I’d really like that downstairs shower fixed first.
